CNC Router CKJ-R15
The CKJ R15 router is another popular machine of ours as it can take sheets that are 10ft x 5ft. This machine is now supplied with 2 5.5Kw vacuum pumps for double the amount of suction. Each pump will do half of the bed.
The R15 has a 12-zone bed with 6 valves.
These machines are used by many different companies from sign makers to special effects and cut many different materials from MDF to aluminium. We can get these machines in single phase but they will be a special order.

Mach3 is an advanced CNC controller for DIY. You can also run this software on Industrial machines. It runs the G-Code on Windows PCs. And it creates a sophisticated control system to control the activity of motors and generators
Vectric Vcarve Pro is fantastic user-friendly software with many tutorial videos and has the capability to import 3D files
We have a post processor on this software created by Vectric for our machines.

What size collets do each machine take?
The size of the collet depends on what machine. All of our single phase routers have ER20 collets. Our standard 3 phase routers have ER25 collets and the ATC has ER32.
