Our new range of automatic tool changers. (ATC)
The CKJ ProPlus ATC range offers you automatic tool change at a more affordable price point. With a frame similar to our Pro range these machines can fit into a smaller space than our heavy duty ProMax machines. Don’t let its frame fool you these machine are extremely robust and durable. Pure servo motors and drivers as well as a 9kw HSD spindle
- Linear square rail on X and Y
- Z ball screw
- 415v 3 phase
- 9kw air cooled spindle
- Material positioning system with bars that rise out of the bed
- Auto oil lubrication system
- Vacuum bed with 7.5 kw vacuum pump (R13 ProPlus ATC) 2no 5.5kw vacuum pumps (R15 ProPlus ATC) 2no 7.5kw vacuum pumps (R20 ProPlus ATC) with on/off operation operated by a switch on the control box.
- ER32 collet system ISO30 tool cones
- 8 Tool magazine at the rear of the machine (more tools can be added at an additional cost)
- Vcarve pro design software (Aspire available at an additional cost)
- Shanlong L68 control system. Built in system running on windows operating system
- Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) controller
- Accurate to 0.02mm
- XYZ axis 1300mm X 2500mm X 200mm (R13 ProPlus) XYZ axis 1500mm X 3000mm X 200mm (R15 ProPlus) XYZ axis 2000mm X 3000mm X 200mm (R20 ProPlus)
- 700W servo motors improving speed and performance
- Set up and ready to run
- Basic Training given
A compressor is required to run this machine (not included)
Vectric Vcarve Pro is fantastic user-friendly software with many tutorial videos and has the capability to import 3D files
We have a post processor on this software created by Vectric for our machines.

Delivery of these machines will be on a flatbed van (a forklift is required) (R13 ProPlus and R15 ProPlus models only). If you do not have a forklift or cannot get use of one, we can arrange a HIAB. Please contact us for a price.
